How quickly will I hear back?
Most enquiries get a reply the same day, especially over WhatsApp. Email and the contact form may take slightly longer if sent outside regular hours.
Do you teach at condo pools?
Yes — private lessons can be arranged at your own condo pool as well as at public ActiveSG complexes. Mention your condo's facilities in the form and we'll confirm suitability.
What information should I include when I reach out?
The swimmer's age and rough comfort level in water, your preferred location or pool, and your general availability — that's enough for us to suggest a suitable coach and starting point.
