Swim Safer Stage 5 Silver

SwimSafer Silver is an intermediate-level swimming program designed to refine stroke technique and develop advanced swimming proficiency. The program is a continuation of the SwimSafer program and builds on the skills and knowledge acquired in the Bronze program. Participants will learn advanced swimming techniques such as breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly, enabling them to swim with greater efficiency and confidence in the water. The program also emphasizes the importance of water safety and teaches participants essential water safety knowledge and skills, including treading water and rescue techniques.

In addition to swimming proficiency and water safety skills, SwimSafer Silver also prepares participants for potential emergency situations. Participants will learn advanced rescue techniques, such as the use of rescue tubes and other rescue aids, and personal survival skills to help them stay afloat and conserve energy in emergency situations. The program also serves as a pathway for those interested in pursuing a career in aquatic safety and lifesaving, providing a strong foundation of lifesaving knowledge and skills. Overall, SwimSafer Silver is an excellent program for anyone looking to improve their swimming proficiency, reinforce water safety knowledge, and develop advanced rescue skills.
