Serving Pasir Ris & the Eastern Coast

Swimming Lessons at Pasir Ris Swimming Complex

Opened in July 2011 as Singapore's 1000th BCA Green Mark building, this complex sits right next to Pasir Ris Park and just four minutes from the MRT. Solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and even repurposed seats from the old National Stadium went into its design — alongside a proper family setup of water slides, a fun pool and a jacuzzi. Lessons here are conducted by freelance and affiliate coaches within the SG Sink or Swim network, operating independently of our directly-run locations.

Coaches We Know, Not Staff We Employ

Coaches teaching at Pasir Ris are part of our wider freelance and affiliate network — experienced instructors we've connected with, rather than SG Sink or Swim employees. They run their own lessons independently, with their own scheduling and pricing.

A Genuinely Family-Friendly Setup

Slides, a fun pool and a jacuzzi alongside the teaching pool make this a practical, well-rounded option for families across Pasir Ris and the eastern coastal area.

The Venue

About Pasir Ris Swimming Complex

Pasir Ris Swimming Complex opened on 18 July 2011, replacing the original pool that had served the neighbourhood since the 1990s. Designed by CPG Consultants with sustainability built into the plan from day one, it became Singapore's 1000th BCA Green Mark building, earning a GoldPLUS certification — a genuinely notable milestone for a public pool. The building generates 170 kWp through solar panels, uses rainwater harvesting for irrigation and pool top-ups, and even incorporates recycled seats from the old National Stadium as decorative louvers on its facade.

The complex has six pools in total: a 50-metre, 8-lane competition pool (three lanes shaded for sun protection), a teaching pool, a fun pool, a wading pool, a catchment pool, and a jacuzzi, alongside two water slides with a 1.2m minimum height requirement. ActiveSG classifies it as a Feature Pool, with entry priced slightly higher than a standard complex. Sitting right next to Pasir Ris Park and connected via the Park Connector Network, it's genuinely popular with families combining a swim with a park visit.

The complex is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6.30am to 9.30pm, and 8am to 9.30pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, closing all day on Wednesdays for maintenance.

Please Note:

Lessons at Pasir Ris Swimming Complex are conducted by freelance and affiliate coaches within the SG Sink or Swim network, not by SG Sink or Swim directly. Scheduling, pricing, and how each coach runs their lessons is set independently — we're happy to help connect you with a coach here, but please confirm the details directly with them before booking.
