Swimming Lessons at Queenstown Swimming Complex
Queenstown Swimming Complex has just reopened after a major renovation, with its official relaunch on 8 August 2026 — bringing Singapore's very first neighbourhood sports complex, opened back in 1970, into a new era. The rebuilt complex sits on Level 3 of Queenstown Sport Centre, with a heritage-echoing design, a new accessibility ramp and pool hoist, and a legacy as the training ground for Singapore's 1979 SEA Games gold-winning water polo team. Lessons here are conducted by freelance and affiliate coaches within the SG Sink or Swim network, operating independently of our directly-run locations.
Coaches We Know, Not Staff We Employ
Coaches teaching at Queenstown Swimming Complex are part of our wider freelance and affiliate network — experienced instructors we've connected with, rather than SG Sink or Swim employees. They run their own lessons independently, with their own scheduling and pricing.
Brand New, Steeped in History
Queenstown Swimming Complex just reopened after a multi-year renovation, blending genuine 1970s heritage with modern facilities — including a wheelchair hoist and accessibility ramp that weren't there before.
